2025 National Student Visionaries of the Year
Cedar and Posey, siblings from Boston, MA, led Team ConneLLS for a Cure. They joined to give back to the very organization that made Cedar’s recovery possible: he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2022 at age 15. Uniting their community to support the Blood Cancer United mission, they raised an incredible $620,438, proving that vision and commitment pave the way for a world without blood cancer.

Third-year legacy team Banking on a Cure made their mark as National Runners-Up, raising a grand total of $552,338. Sophomores from Houston, TX, Sophia, MaryAlan, and Liv each ran in honor of loved ones affected by blood cancer. Notably, they received a $200,000 donation from the company who honored the memory of their former CEO who passed from a blood cancer. Their collective effort creates more progress and possibilities for blood cancer patients.

Working with her mom, Piper connected with business leaders nationwide. Her outreach emails and rallying video resulted in incredible donations and support. Piper's dedication means real impact for blood cancer patients.
